Hello Stacey, these condos do seem like a great deal.  Your post caught my attention because I was born in KCMO and moved away with the family when I was 15-16.  Anyway I looked on the map where those condos are...I didn't live very far from there...actually around 92nd and Holmes.  I went to school on 103rd at Center junior and later at Center Senior...anyway, nice trip down memory lane.  Hope all is well with you and business is good.

Stacey, these sound too good to be true - the prices are remarkable and the amenities are fantastic.  An electric bill for under 50 bucks?  Are you kidding me?

Hi Nick, I live right across the street just between The Talisman Condos & Bridlespur. I go running & skating on the track at your old school on 103rd St.! By the way, they added a couple of new tennis courts! I love the neighborhood. Thanks for sharing!

Lanette, I know! They really are too good to be true - yet, there are several on the market at any given time. We have new condo developments in our downtown and midtown areas, and people may not readily consider a surburban type of neighborhood. But, I think they're missing out, and that's why I'm spreading the word. Thanks for commenting & confirming that it really is a good deal - price PLUS electricity bill. : )
