Continuing on our Tim Francis Realty vendor series we started last month, we'd like
to share a fabulous carpet service provider here in Atlanta, GA. We've been using Steve Szachon of American Floors for over 5 years. Over the years, the needs have varied for us from whole new carpet installs to carpet patching to carpet stretching to removing and installing new carpet runners.
We like Steve because he's a no nonsense straight forward kind of guy. He offers a fair value for what he does, as well as takes pride in a job well done. The most important aspect of getting a carpet job right is to stretch it out. We recently called him in to fix a carpet that had waves in it, because it wasn't stretched out properly when it was installed. After re-stretching and cutting off the excessive carpet, we are back in business for our new Atlanta, GA executive home lease tenants.
