Military Home Owners transferring out

Real Estate Agent with Real Estate One, LLC S37942

First, I always thank all our Service Men, Women and Families for their service.  You move across the country with your Military Serice as you are transferred.  You answer the Call.  Probably leaving behind every friend you just made, some family loved ones, maybe even pets.  I can't imagine what that is like, I have lived here 50+ years.

I wanted to extend a helping hand, if you are moving here or leaving Las Vegas, any information I can help you with would be my pleasure.

If you have a home to sell is this distressed market, I can help you with that too.

Email and let's chat.  And again SALUTE!!!

Cheers Melissa!  I was watching something on cable last night that said we're up to 4416 lost soldiers as of yesterday.  4416 sons, brothers, fathers, daughters, sisters.

How sad, the forgotten war.  Out of sight, out of mind.  You have a good heart.

Just an FYI...  Lendind loves the Vets and those currenlty servering.  100% financing is avaiable with great rates.  I also just closed a purchase for a Vet who is just 25 months away from a Chapter 7 bankruptcy with two foreclosures.  Long story on that but nevertheless there is great flexibility afforded by VA loans.
