Looking for Real Estate Referrals?? Try The Official Real Estate Referral Group on Facebook

As we know all too well as real estate agents, referrals can be a major source of business and income.  Not only referrals from past clients, friends and/or family members, etc. but also real estate referrals from other real estate agents.  I know Activerain is a great resource for agent to agent referrals through the ActiveRain Referral Exchange and simply through agent to agent relationships built in the AR Community. 

Another great free real estate source that can lead to referrals and future businessis the Official Real Estate Referral Group on Facebook.  At any point throughout the day, agents, like you and me, post Real Estate Referral Alerts and any agent interested can either comment with their contact information or follow the instructions in the Referral Alert (like please email......).   A referral post looks something like this -

In addition you can always browse through the almost 49,000 people who are fans  The Real Estate Referral Group for an agent in an area you need to refer to or just simply, Post a Referral Alert, provided, of course, you couldn't find an agent here on Activerain first. 

I would recommend checking the The Real Estate Referral Group Facebook page frequently as new referral alerts are posted often.  Once you become a fan of  "LIKE" the The Real Estate Referral Group Faceboook page, some referral alerts will be posted to your wall but depending on how many friends' updates and pages you subscribe to they may not all show up so I still recommend checking the The Real Estate Referral Group Facebook page periodically.  On Friday, a New Jersey Referral Alert didn't show up on my page (probably because I have too much showing up on my wall) and I just found it yesterday under older posts and quickly responded to it.

I'm not sure, as with anything else, how much business you will actually get from it but I just wanted to pass on another free resource for referrals and networking available to you by the The Real Estate Referral Group on Faceboook and a great way to build your business using Facebook.
