A British shoe making company chose to send two individuals to identify possible opportunities in Africa to sell their shoes, and below are the two comments that were made....
The first man said, "There is no opportunity here, nobody wears shoes;"
The second man said, "There is a massive amount of opportunity here, nobody wears shoes."
It is certainly applicable to this market and how agents choose to view where we stand and where we are going.
