By

Waterfront condo's on Revere Beach will be affected by the casino bill in Massachusetts. Will the state pass the gambling bill? Look at this article from Boston.com by Noah Bierman, Globe Staff, it talks about the current situation.

This article and how the situation is resolved will greatly affect prices on waterfront condo's on Revere Beach now and in the future.

It will affect values with all the new developments that will be created by this bill passing. It will be a domino affect. The Waterfront Square project will be a half billion dollar mixed use development that will create jobs and also make the area look fantastic.  Then you will have all the work that will be done on Suffolk Downs which will be a billion dollar project in itself.  Once these are in the works there will be other businesses that will follow and come to Revere and the beach.

You think this will be a negative for the city??
