I can't imagine "0"-dollar or "Unpublished solds".  Here all sale prices are a matter of public record as a matter of state law.

Glad to see increases up there in your area. We seem to be in year two of a recovery down here in San Diego. Sales have been steadily increasing since February 2008, and prices have been steadily increasing since February 2009.
