How long does it take for these listings to get preapproved? Sounds interesting.

MIke, It usually takes about 6 weeks.  I list the property at a price comparable with existing sales but know that they will complete the pre-foreclosure assessment before considering the offer.  It seems like submitting an offer helps speed up the process...
