Why won't you or don't you make that call??
You know the one!! The one that might actually make you some money. The one that could result in a listing or the buyer that has not bought anything yet.
Do you sit and look at the phone, shuffle papers and pray that someone will call so you don't have to make a 'lead generation' call?
Have you ask yourself why? Do you know what has caused your mental block?
On the days that you have overcome the block don't you have a feeling of accomplishment after having completed your calls? If so, then WHY OR WHY NOT???
These are questions I am sure we have all had!! I know I have. Now if I could just figure out the answers to all these questions, I am sure my production level would skyrocket.
Maybe I should figure out a reward system--like having a piece of CHOCOLATE after each successful call. Of course if that worked out well, I would have to take time out for exercise so I would not be so large I could not get out of my chair.
