Optional Real Estate Financing

I would like to introduce myself and Securities Finance LLC -  I thought that our credit line program might be of interest to you and your group.  We have a new way of financing real-estate transactions using securities based lines of credit. Our program does not require a transfer of title of the portfolio and keeps the borrower in control of their investment account.  I have attached a PowerPoint presentation for your review and I wanted to see if we could schedule a time to speak about how we might be able to use this to do business together.
