Summary: Pending sales are up this week, and we had fewer closings and more listings than last week. The average list price is very high once again, and the average sale price is up, too. Ultimately, we ended the week with over 2,000 active listings, meaning we still have quite an inventory of homes on the market! Especially with the low interest rates currently, conditions are very favorable for Champaign County buyers.
