Regus came out with a survey revealing how businesses are paying off with social media, and the results should be very delightful to see for real estate professionals who run small businesses. From their study, it appears that small businesses have been able to have the most success with acquiring to customers through social media.
With 44% of small businesses seeing success with social media, it just goes to show you that getting results from social media is not an impossible feat.
One of the reasons why small businesses are more than likely having the most success with social media is because they are probably able to develop stronger relationships and spend more time leveraging the benefits of all the various social media outlets.
Just keep in mind, these small businesses are more than likely having success with acquiring new clients through social media because they have been willing to put in the time and effort to answer questions, generate feedback, develop relationships and build a reputation with their target prospects.
With all of the people that are still hesitant about social media or believe it does not work for real estate professionals, hopefully the results from this study will help shed social media marketing in a new light.
