Well, it looks like the lack of my computer skills is what is knocking me off being #1 in Virginia. I guess it was going to happen at some point, but after being #1 for so long(since the beginning of the Active Rain Website) it kinda hurts to lose that spot. Guess I better figure out how to blog. Where in the world did that word come from anyway?

Bill, I don't know how one could "know" real estate without knowing computers. Where do you get your data? Data on demographics, the economy, flood plains, tax records, maps, comparable sales, etc, etc? You must spend an awful lot of time going in and out of courthouses in libraries! Do you fly or know a pilot? How do you get aerial photos of land? You are certainly "old school" I admire that!
