Hi Stewart, Okay, I've been on this "Simply For Life" lifestyle "diet" with NO - sugar, salt, white bread, white rice or white pasta.... I've lost 16 lbs so far in 4 months. I LOVE CHEESECAKE, in fact, since I'm Italian/French I was taught how to make the very creamy & dense New York Style Cheesecake... Now, I'm glad I can't get it here in New Brunswick and since most of my pots & pans are in storage until my kitchen is done, so I CAN'T MAKE IT EITHER!!! Glad you at least, posted those photos, so I can at least dream about it tonight!!! ;>)))

Have you ever had cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory in NY? They can't make them fast enough. The next best thing is Sam's Club cheesecake, pop on over and get one!

Hi Stewart - You must have the same calendar I have. I have blogged about special days that appear onmy calendar that I hadn't known about. And I was going to blog about today being National Cheesecake Day too, but wouldn't you know -- I got a new listing and had to take the pix and get it into MLS and all that stuff.
