great time to sell your home (even at a slight loss), so you can move up to your next home.
It's one thing when the advice comes from someone who might be a teeny-tiny bit biased (smile), but in a recent article from the Wall Street Journal, experts agree that NOW IS THE TIME!

Lots and lots of markets where that seller is not breaking even, taking a lot to move to bigger, better. All markets are different, ask a trained REALTOR in the location you are considering Mr Real Estate Buyer and do not think every market is a foreclosure on one side, a short sale on the other. Rural low cost areas did not spike way up and down like the media and some brokers would have you believe, apply to everywhere.
