This week there were many new listings for single family homes added to the mls this week in the Greater Fall River Area. Looks like some great deals on single family homes.

Fall River had 4 new listings in the under $150,000 price range. Somerset added 5 new listings to the current inventory ranging in price from: $134,900-$259,900.In the town of Swansea 3 new listings were added ranging from: $200,000-$469,900. Westport also added 4 new listings from; $129,900-$424,900.
