Tahoe Donner Weekly Market Update

We are continuing to see sales activity in Truckee! 4 homes sold in Tahoe Donner last week. The sold prices were $350K, $380K, $467,500 and $710K. The homes were on the market an average of 54 days and the average original list to sales price was 92.5%. All properties were standard sales (meaning no short sales or bank owned properties). 5 homes went into escrow last week - all listed in the $300K-$500K price range. 28 Tahoe Donner homes are now under contract. 11 new homes came on the market last week to make a total of 169 single family homes now listed in Tahoe Donner. The absorption rate in Tahoe Donner is now around 17% and there is about 6 months of inventory remaining (this is considered a "normal" market).
