I just wanted to share a family photo at the Patton Museum located at Fort Knox, Kentucky. It was a great day for my son and nephew. The boys loved all the old tanks from World War II. It is important to me to show them our real American history. Perhaps, next year we will show them the birth of America on the East coast.

It is so nice to see parents involved with there children versus sticking them in front of a tv or worse yet a portable DVD player.  By all means I highly recommend Williamsburg, Virginia your son will love it and so will the family.

Harry it reminds me of my Army days. I did my basic training at Ft Hood, with the second 8 weeks in the tanks. And I have to admit I hated the tanks. Riding on them was fun sometimes, and firing the gun was fun, but working on them and cleaning them was the pits.

There is no better way to make an impact on our future generation as to the freedom we enjoy due to the blood, sweat and tears of our military and their families.

I believe we shape the minds of our children. They must know the story of their country. Seeing is the only way of doing it. It makes a lasting impression.
