I'M A NURSE AND I NEED TO SHORT SALE MY CORDELIA HOME

Hey fellow nurses.  Do you find that mortgage is adjusting and you have to work overtime just to keep up on the payments?  Are you recently separated from a significant other who was helping you with the mortgage and has stopped contributing, leaving you to make payments on your own?  Has your position been downsized and your take home pay just isn't what it used to be?  Are you stressed at home and work trying to figure it all out and not sure where to turn?  Tired of trying to work with your bank, only to be met with rude people and inconsistent answers?

As a registered nurse and real estate agent, I found myself in the same boat.  I was working so much overtime to pay for a home I wasn't able to enjoy because I was never there.  When I was home, I was so drained from working so much, I spent my time catching up on my sleep and trying to recharge.   If any of this sounds familiar to you, it may be time to get out from the stress and do a short sale on your home.

The process has been streamlined and easier in the past several months.  As your agent, I deal with the bank, so you can focus on your life and not feel like you are stonewalled at every turn.  We can get you out from under this strain and on to a much more enjoyable life experience.

For more information on CORDELIA short sales, please contact via phone, email or text.  To see what's for sale throughout CORDELIA, please visit my website at: www.soldbynicole.com and click on search the MLS.  If you want to know how to complete the short sale process of your CORDELIA home, click on CMA on my site and I will respond to you shortly.   I also write a blog about market statistics for most of the bay area markets.  Click here to view my blog:  http://activerain.com/blogs/nicolemonary

I am glad to hear that your short sales are better.  Ours are taking so long to get any answer that a lot of people are withdrawing and doing something else.

Nicole:  I think nurses a such an incredible gift to this world.  I don't know of ANY other profession that I respect as much as I do nurses.  Such incredible "healers."  I have some nurse-friends... and some of the stories they share with me are just simply incredible.  By the way, I love how you phrased the "separating from a significant other" in your post.  Nicely done !

Although I think it is tragic when anyone has to lose their home to a Short Sale, my heart goes out to those whose day-to-day careers are so totally spent in helping and caring for others.  So sad.  And we, as agents, need to be as caring and attentive as humanly possible in helping these folks with THEIR needs... just as they do to so many others.

PS... I just subscribed to your blog, and will add you as an Associate.  :)
