Realtors, come on! I ran across this picture on the MLS .... just recently ....
Just look at this picture: what does it make you think?

Here is an advice for some of us..

Did YOU know … that there is a little device on the toilet that is designed to flush the water … ?

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A DISSERVICE TO YOUR SELLERS........
Please, flush the water *At least* BEFORE you
take a picture….

For those who still do not know how to do that - refer to the picture below:

Simple Things: MATTER MOST!
That's right! If flushing is a too advanced concept,

at least .... -C-L-o-S-e- T-H-e- L-i-D! ...
and let's -H-o-P-e- the buyer will not get too curious to open it .....

IS that a bankowned property ? Looks like it has been winterized. If that is a bank owned, I have seen far worse. If that is an owner occupied house, thats just nasty!

Lets just say you are to busy to take 30 seconds out of your life to clean the bowl? Sure alot can happen on the TV in 30 seconds, at least take 10 seconds and pour some bleach in there and flush it on the next commercial break. It will make some differance.

Either way, to quote my son "YUCK"

All I can say is GROSS! Funny thing is that I did an open house for a fellow agent and it was a brand new home. Someone went upstairs and left me a package in the toilet and the water to that part of the house was turned off for some repairs. I had to carry a bucket up the stairs to pour into the toilet to get it to flush because I could smell it down stairs! Talk about RUDE! I wonder how many people saw that before I found it halfway through the day!

Oh God, Now if you couldnt do something as simple as clean the toilet or close the lid what else have you neglected in the house? Total turn off, but the thing is, is that its SO AVOIDABLE.
