Speechless Sunday - A Carload Of Curb Appeal

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Real Estate Centre Inc., Brokerage

Curb appeal can be created many different ways.  It is so easy to create instant results to the exterior of a home by adding some seasonal flowers to some urns, window boxes or containers.

I saw this "planter" this weekend while driving through a small town in Ontario.  I can't say that I get it but it certainly is a conversation piece.

Hey Jim - Do ya think?  I don't know.  The flower arrangement looks a little skimpy.  Hope he was a better florist for customers needs.

Jenny - perhaps it is a reminder to not drink and drive or you will end up pushing up daises ..... (I know, they aren't daises)

Jenny,

That certainly is a different way to plant flowers - a mobile flower bed. :)

Hi Jenny... it looks like more than curb appeal.  The car definitely hopped the curb!

Jenny, are you sure you didn't take a detour and end up here in Alabama...oh no wait...if you had the photo would have been of a toilet bowl with flowers planted in it.

I don't get it either!

Hey Richard, are you sure you don't want a newer model???

Hi Diane, it was new to me also.  Can't say it would win a horticultural contest though.

Hi Ken, thank goodness it wasn't in front of a house.  I can't think the neighbors would be too pleased.

Marc - Do ya think?  | prefer container gardening lol.

Hi Lori - Yup, I agree with you.

Kathy - you're right.  Maybe there is some kind of message there.  Or maybe not lol.

Al and Peg, OMG that is terrible.  Let's hope we don't have torrential rains to wash away the soil.

Hi Steve - yes it's mobile but I think it has to be towed away.

Hi Steve S. - yup it just may be a curb hopper.

Hi Charles - One man's junk.....is another man's treasure????  I shudder to think anyone would call this a treasure.

LOL Diane - you call this good taste?  Oh right you said different tastes, you didn't mention good taste.

Hey Pat, it's certainly a conversation piece isn't it?

Hey Barrie, if it's not a flower cart maybe it's the body Al and Peg (probably Al) were talking about.

Oh Nick, say it ain't so???  Porcelain pony flower pots?  Maybe we should have a photo contest here to submit the strangest flower pots.

Hi Steve, thank's so much for the feature.

Hi Joni, yes a boat load of flowers would be interesting to see also.

That is a first!  Haven't seen that done in my neighborhood.  I guess it was easier than having the car removed!

Happy to see that it is in front of a business, not a home!  As a stager it would have to go from the front of a house!  I am all for recycling, I do so regularly, but...this might have been better "salvaged".  The pick-up truck flower bed...thats cute!
