Beautiful Short Sale House In Duvall Washington
I was on a listing appointment in Sammamish, east of Kirkland.
My teammate Krissa called. “Could you take pictures for a short sale in Duvall?”
“Sure, I am half way there already.”
I drive out to Duvall.
Duvall - right?
Horse country.
Rural.
Mobile homes on acreage.
I expected a 1970s rambler style house with an overgrown yard.
When I pulled up to the house, this is what I saw...
