I was out riding my bike this morning and I thought I would do an informal count of "For Sale" signs in the neighborhood. I counted 4 in my immediate neighborhood, 10 in the five block surrounding area (where I rode anyway). Another 15 when riding out a bit further and still more when I was about 10 miles out. (I do like to ride my bike!) So in the course of a 1.5 hour ride, I counted 42 "For Sale" signs. Not sure what I'll do with this info, but I was thinking about retracing my ride in the car to get addresses & just keep track of how the sales progress for the next few months. It would be interesting to see how the market is moving from "the seat of my bike" as it were.

That's one of the first things that people mention to me - how many FOR SALE signs are out there. Too much inventory and too few buyers is the story in most places.

Call a Marana neighbor, I'm THERE! LONG REALTY
It's always good to become totally educated about your community - a resource for your clients! If that perspective comes from the seat of your bike - how much more colorful!!! Good luck.
