Shortsales with Bank of America....
How many hours can one possible stay on HOLD with Bank of America? I can call in the morning and put my phone on speaker phone and still at 3:00pm I am on hold. I am running out of things to do while I am on hold. I try to sit at my home office while I try desperately to call Bank of America. I can get many things done on the business end but let me tell you I can also get many household things done at the same time. The list is long and I manage to get all done WHILE I AM ON HOLD! Incredible.
Maybe I should get down and dirty with them. I would love to but talking to no one on hold does not allow me to voice my opinion or rage for that matter.
Does anyone out there have any suggestions that will work or have worked for them as they try to reach Bank of Ameica by phone.
The best part is when you are finally assigned a negotiator and they leave half way through the deal and we start all over.
HELP! I need to speed this up. Have lots two offers and they keep getting lower all because Bank Of America is short staffed!
Any suggestions?
