Lethbridge Real Estate, Lethbridge Marketing, and Lethbridge SEO
What do these 3 things have in common? For some people in my industry, nothing at all. However for myself they are so interconnected that they are virtually one in the same.
The real estate industry relies heavily upon marketing listed properties to the public, marketing mortgage products and services to potential buyers, and marketing internally to industry members. As a virtual real estate office my business exists entirely online, thus my marketing efforts are also directed entirely online.
Lethbridge SEO is the technique and talent of having those marketing efforts actually reach their targetted audience. Having marketing online but failing to target and optimize its reach and audience is a wasted effort. I dedicate a reasonable amount of time to SEO of my marketing efforts.
There are many out there who think throwing an ad up on kijiji or craigslist is marketing online. They are partially correct, although it is the most simple and often ineffective form of online marketing. My online
marketing plan is significantly broader. A partial list of the things I do includes:
-pics and video online
-blast listing to over 400 RSS feeders
-send out to my 3500+ twitter followers
-share info with my Unofficial Lethbridge Network on Facebook (over 1000 adult lethbridge members)
-syndicate listing out via my blog on Activerain, where I am #1 in all of Alberta
-market to over 400 online publications, ezines, article directories, etc.
-classified ads through syndicated ad sites
-direct marketing via the 30 most popular social networks
-full facebook marketing program, google marketing program, and affiliate marketing program
(Can your Realtor do that? Nope, not even close. They can however give you a nice ad in the newspaper!)
Those are some of the more public techniques that I use on a regular basis, but there are more trade secrets which I make use of that I am reluctant to divulge as they continually give me a massive edge over anyone else in my marketplace when it comes to watching my marketing efforts reach an audience of thousands more than any of my competitors. The proof of my efforts is in my marketing results, happy clients, and sold properties, while everyone else sits on dozens of unsold listings.
