It seems that ActiveRain is helping more and more of us positive and active Rainers to get noticed locally, regionally and nationally. It seems that when you write QUALITY CONTENT you get noticed by the people who you want and need to note you...

I had my turn in the spotlight when I was interviewed and quoted in Marketwatch.

Now one of my fellow Floridians... actually someone who shares the local market with me got his chance to shine...

Matt Blum just got his turn when his GoogleAlert popped up and he found himself featured on an important local website... The Florida Workforce Housing Network.

In this piece, the FWHN Blogger laud's Matt Blum's vast knowledge of the SHIPs Program for Affordable Housing. S/He was particularly taken by Matt's choice to deny a loan to someone who later got a pre-approval because Matt knew it wouldn't fly...and it didn't.

Talk about the ultimate "I told you so!"... and now it is in print!

Kudos to Matt... he's a great guy and deserves his day. If you want to share it with him, my advice is check out the Palm Beach Gardens Cigar scene where you can find him lighting up and networking.

Matt isn't my competition.... there are 5 Million people in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami Dade Counties alone... and more move here every day. I figure there's enough business to go around.
