In the center of Pueblo is Elmwood Golf Course. Easy to get to by way of Thatcher Ave or Pueblo Blvd at 3900 Thatcher Ave. Green fees range from $13.50 - $28.00 Carts $9.50 - $18.00 and a bucket of balls $4.00 - $6.00
When you play a round on the City course and you hear wild animals it isn't your imagination - it's the Pueblo Zoo which backs up to the course. 
The average house in the immediate area (Central High School) lists at $85.00 and the average sold in the last six months were $78,914. Square foot $78.65 and days on the market 89.
The old rock bridge over Bessimer Ditch isn't used anymore but adds to the experience.
