This is a dedication post to say goodbye to one of the true pioneers of the re.net, Joseph Ferrara, or as many of you know him by, Sellsius.
For those unfamiliar, a few very short months ago Joe was diagnosed with brain cancer. Unfortunately this week he has passed on. He was a lawyer by trade and the creator of the sites Sellsius.com and TheClozing.com.
Joe had a unique and influential voice in the re.net that was heard loud and clear, far and wide. He was one of the originals to blog and use social media to rely information. He also entertained us, while still teaching, with articles such as 10 Marketing Tips You Can Learn From A Prostitute! He was very active in the blogosphere in defending people's rights to free speech. He invented the real estate blog tour and was one of the first to go out and try to connect with other real estate bloggers across the US. He was always at the forefront, blogging about some new piece of technology real estate professionals should try. And each year he recognized top women real estate bloggers.
My prayers are with your family today Joe. Rest in peace my friend.
