One of the options when having Handle My Media create content for you is to have us embed a YouTube video into your blog or post. In order for us to do this, you first need a YouTube account, and have the ability to upload your videos on YouTube. If you don’t have a YouTube account yet, or would like a training session with us on how to upload and create videos in YouTube, visit our services page and we offer social media setup for sites such as Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter along with 30 minute training sessions via phone.
This is what a embedded YouTube video looks like in a blog:
In order for Handle My Media to insert a youtube video in your your blog posts, we need the video URL.
Locating the Video URL
Here is a screenshot of the youtube video above in YouTube. This is what all videos that you upload will look like when you are viewing them in YouTube (along with any other videos).
Notice the Share Button at the Bottom of the Video?
Notice the share button at the bottom of the screen shot. Clicking on that button will create a drop down menu where you will see your YouTube URL.
Notice the YouTube URL. That is what you need!
You’ll see the chainlink image, and next to it your YouTube URL. In this video, the URL is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=woobL2yAxD4
Highlight that link and hit CTRL + C to copy the URL to your clipboard.
Next, go to our order form, and hit CTRL + V to paste the URL into the field.
It’s as easy as Locate, Copy, Paste! Let us take care of the rest!
This is one of many tutorials I’ll be providing on how to use our site, and I will be creating video tutorials for you in the future, so you can see in real time how easy it is. If you have any other questions about Video, Photos, or if you have a special request please contact me and I’ll be happy to talk with you about your needs.
