Continuing on our Tim Francis Realty vendor series we started last month, we'd like to share a fabulous handyman service provider here in Atlanta, GA. Being in real estate sales, executive leasing and property management business, Tim Francis Realty see more than the average share of needed repairs. It's critical to have a good team of go to people in place and we do. In this series, we are continuing to highlight folks Tim Francis Realty have had good success with and would use again.
Today, Spike's homeowner needed some help on a wide variety of punch (or should I say POOCH) list items. From a wood rot frame problem to mortar repair (needed after removing a basketball hoop from the garage brick) to simple painting/drywall touch ups, we had a variety of tasks. Gutters, replacing missing or cracked electrical covers round out our list,

After talking with a very nice project coordinator, we got scheduled for today at 1pm and our lists of tasks got turned in for the handyman. Right on the dot at 1pm, or even a few moments before, DogGoneHandy was sitting in the driveway.
A few hours later and most of our list is complete. (We kept adding to the list, so probably would have been done without additions.) Work was nicely done, drop cloths as appropriate, cleaned up afterwards and we are happy!
