Let's see what I can write about over the next few months.

 At the moment, I'm going thru a Broker's Course. Not to go out on my own, but for the EXTRA knowledge I'll get and for the extra 'leverage' that I'll have to offer my clients.

 I'll get 15 Continuing Education Points" for this, but I ALREADY have about double the required amount. I recently got my A.B.R. designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative). There is another C.E. course I've signed up for in a few weeks. Plus, I watch a few webinars each week as well. I just changed website companies, so I'm learning what this company can do. Looks like even more ways to advertise my clients properties!!
