ARod finallly hits #600. He is the youngest player to hit 600. 3 years ago to the day he hit #500. It is said that he will take the alltime lead in homeruns by the time his career is over. I  hate the yankee's but it is always cool to see old records fall and history made. Now do you think the steroid era will taint this and many records that have and will be broken.

I too dislike, ok hate the Yankees. I think it is amazing what he has done. I think pitching is much more sophisticated than it was when some of the old records were set. It is very hard to measure greatness. One that excels in his given field should be respected. I tip my hat to him. It really doesn't matter if I like him or not.

Steroids will taint the records. but there will still be records...it will be interesting what new drug comes up. The money will force some to try new things...
