Mustangs & T-Birds & Vettes - OH MY! This is American muscle at it's finest, that's right, it's time for the Pantowners 35th Annual St. Cloud Antique Auto Club Car Show and Swap Meet.
If you are a car enthusiast you do not want to miss this event! On Sunday August 15, 2010 at the Benton County Fairgrounds the Pantowners will hold their 35th Annual Car Show and Swap Meet, this is the largest one day show and swap in Minnesota. This show has something for everyone from modified street rods, factory muscle cars, Corvettes, T-Birds, Pony cars, and motorcycles.
The indoor arena at the Pantowners show will feature classic American cars from the 1920's, 30's and the 40's. Even the classic Pan Auto, built by the Pandolpho Motor Company in St. Cloud from 1917 to 1921, will be on display. Beginning at 7:00am and going until 3:00pm automobile lovers will have the opportunity to enjoy collector vehicles. All the vehicles included in the show are 1979 or older with the exception of the youth category.
In 1971 the Pantowners St. Cloud Antique Auto Club was formed with this mission in mind: "To preserve the history of the Pan Automoble; to introduce and educate current and future generations about the collector car hobby; to promote fun and fellowship amongst its members and to invest time, talent and capital into future club projects and functions."
The Pantowners are doing a great job! The enthusiasm from the group is catching, they really love classic autos, and is it any wonder. Check out the video below from their 2009 Pantowners Spring Car Run and we will see you at the show!
