Relocation Transactions?

Have you ever had the opportunity to do a relocation transaction? How different and difficult was it?

 I had a relocation transaction as my very first real estate transaction. It was very difficult communicating with someone from another state because the real estate laws were so different. I look at it this away, if I ever go through another transaction like that at least I learned a lot from that one. I had learned things that even one of my principal brokers had never experienced before.
