Break with tradition…

Managing Real Estate Broker with Fathom Realty PB00068179

In my office we have sales meetings on Tuesday.  That's okay but my argument is for Monday.  Reason on Monday your fresh from the weekend (not) I don't know about you but I work on weekends.  Anyway if I'm pumped on Monday than our sales meeting with my broker just makes me think I can conquer the world.  If I have a bad Monday than Tuesday I am just as pumped as Monday.  The trick is some agents who have a bad Monday they let it set the stage for the rest of the week.  If you want to make it in this business treat each and every day as a Monday... It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

James....interesting!  We have our meeting Monday at 8:00 am.  At 9:00 or so we take off and tour new listings.  I like the Monday meeting.  I have had tours last past noon...which really cuts in to the start of the week.  Have a Great Weekend!

Makes sense. But usually my Mondays are swamped with paperwork from any weekend activity.
