It is a mixed story to tell from July's figures. Prices were down a little last month and sales were down as well but houses took less time to sell than the last couple of months. It appears we may be heading back into a buyers market for North Seattle.
In July, Greenwood's median price for single family homes was $323,750. Prices were down whereas in most of North Seattle the home price increased by about 1%.
Greenwood had 8 sales of single family homes. This is down from last month and that is the case for all of North Seattle.
Homes sold in 22 days on average. This time frame is down from last month and less than the rest of North Seattle.
