The very first step is to contact a lender and get pre-approved for your loan. This way you will know your price limitations. The worst thing to do is start looking and fall in love with a home only to find out it is out of your price range. From this point on no other homes will measure up to the one you really wanted. After approval, start your search for a home. This can be done on the internet or by the homes magazine. Pick some homes you would like to go through and have the Agent show them to you. After finding a home you like, the next step is to make an offer. Your agent will guide you through this. If the offer is accepted then you will want to hire an inspector. The inspector should be healthy enough to be able to crawl into the attic and under the home if a crawl space and take at least two and a half hours checking the property. If the inspection report is good we will attend the closing with you where you will receive the keys to your new home. There is more to this if the inspection report does not turn out good or the offer was not accepted but that will be something we will help guide you through. This is just a simple explanation to help you understand the process. And as always Call Kevin

I hate when buyers won't get pre-approved before they start looking for a home. It's better for them as well as for us!
