The Monument Real Estate market continues to be a Buyer's Market, as there is currently a 13 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET".   Sales were down 5% from 2009 to 2008, but pricing was only down 3% from 2009 to 2008.  Pricing continues to decrease in 2010.
