It is hard to believe that rates are sooo low. Many people can't take advantage of them because their income is low. Darn!
Being able to lock in at a rate of 4.5% definitely is an attractive reason to purchase a home.
The interest rates at all time lows in the 4-5 % range are something to look at for any buyer interested in buying property.
