Yet, what should I do, when I know your home is in default.
You haven't asked ANYONE for help. One reason may be your are embarrassed, and I talked about that here. However, don't I have a duty to stop and see if I can help you?
Let's pretend that you are in a car accident. I'm not a doctor, I'm not a paramedic, I'm must me, a friend driving by and I see that you have hit the wall. I know that if I stop I can probably do something, I can make sure you are all right, I can call for help, I can help you know who to talk to, I can maybe stop the bleeding... there is a lot I can do. If I DON'T stop and ask if I can help you what kind of friend am I?
Yet, as a local Tracy & Mountain House REALTOR who looks at the Notice of Default filings in Tracy and Mountain House, I KNOW you have hit the wall financially. You need help. You may need information on a short sale. You may want to know how much longer you can live in the your Tracy, CA home? You may want to know if you can do a Loan Modification?
Why should I NOT call you? Why shouldn't I ask you if you need help? Why do I back off helping others when their finances are involved? Does it come back to pride? Am I afraid you'll be embarrassed that I know? Should it matter if you are embarrassed? Should I stop and see if there is anything I CAN DO?
What do you think? Do you want me to contact you? How do you want me to contact you? Do you want help? Think about it...... if you want my help all you have to do is ask.... if you don't ask I may just ask you first.
