OH My goodness, that is adorable! The hubs and I are empty nesters, and we have moved many, many times. Once we went on a home tour and visited 29 homes from 1200 sq. ft. to almost 5,000 sq. ft. to see what felt comfortable, "for future reference". 1500 was our magic number, so long as it was a smart layout, with lots of light...can this home be moved to Colorado? =o)
