I recently attended a class for examining some green features installed in new and existing homes. I was surprised to learn that a home recently built totally green in New Hampshire suffered some time on the market due to buyers who were unaware that green features gave the home a different set of values in determining price. It seems New Hampshire has not caught up with this new trend as well as other parts of the country. I have not yet dealt with this issue and would appreciate anyone's knowledge in this area.
