When Meridian Custom Homes asked Marianne Cherico of Interiors by Marianne Cherico to stage this model home in Great Road Estates, Lincoln Rhode Island she jumped at the chance. Marianne has been staging Meridian's homes throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island for the past five years. This elegant brick front colonial would require a classic traditional aesthetic with some "bling".

This model home staged in Lincoln Rhode Island was built to show potential buyers the quality of workmanship and custom details that Meridian is so well known for. Marianne Cherico's job was to compliment this gorgeous home with luxurious furniture and soft furnishings.

The master bedroom in this Model Home Staged in Lincoln Rhode Island was appointed with bedding, pictures ,window treatments and a tray filled with perfume bottles to create an elegant oasis.

Sharon-I love doing model homes. They are alot of work....picking out just the right things on a budget and deadline, ironing for hours upon end, (you know-things I DON"T do in my own home). But I really enjoy the creative process and these builders are wonderful! Maybe you should try to connect w/ builders in your area. Let me know if I can help in any way!!!

Julie- I find it painful sometimes when builders want to use their own dated furniture to "save money". They are being "penny wise and pound foolish."

Meridian, on the other hand, completely gets it. They are very specific about appealing to each demographic for their models.

Kathy-Thanks-it was a great project. And....I just so happen to have 3 girls. My daughter,Cosette's pix are throughout that room. And doing a model, the rooms don't get messy (like at home)
