North Texas GMAC Real Estate is now Converted to Real Living Real Estate Group. We are very excited. Through the summer we have been having twice a month meetings. Two weeks ago we jumped on all the new technology platform that we have. After the meeting it was agreed that we should go back to weekly meetings. So we are going over one technology topic a week. There is so much to use. If you do not utilize the tools of your franchise then it does you no good. We have a program called Market Advantage it makes fliers that can be printed or emailed. We have written several contracts using the email feature to other agents. This keeps the properties in front of them. I had a realtor luncheon and emailed out and had 25 agents come to the luncheon. Average in our area is about 10. There was much debate on making the conversion but everyone in our company agreed. Lets do it. So far so good. If you are still on the fence we are very pleased.
