This picture was taken at the 30th U.S. Open Sandcastle Competition in Imperial Beach on August 8, 2010. The boy's name was Alex, and he's 10 years old. I asked him how tall he was but he didn't know.

If you're looking for a great real estate agent in San Diego, well,
let me Google one for you.

I'm available 24/7, so feel free to contact me by phone or email.

I got a chuckle because when I saw "U.S. Open" I was thinking golf and for an instant thought someone was looking for their ball.

Sandcastle maybe is is the begining.  Or is he in a hole he can't get out of.

Just looking at that picture makes me feel calustrobphobic.  I don't think I'd be brave enough to jump down that hole.

Good picture, but it also scares me. I have been at the beach when these cave in, and have witnessed lifeguards trying to pull them out!

Endre - Pictures are over here: http://activerain.com/blogsview/1790762/building-sandcastles-at-the-30th-u-s-open-sandcastle-competition-in-imperial-beach-california

Roger - See the finished products over here: http://activerain.com/blogsview/1790762/building-sandcastles-at-the-30th-u-s-open-sandcastle-competition-in-imperial-beach-california

Lina - I guess as long as his head is above ground, if the sand collapses, he'll be able to breathe while all the emergency personnel dig him out.

Mary - We didn't have a fast lane when I was growing up. LOL

Mel and Gretchen - So why did you move?

Richard - Maybe Tiger? He has been spraying them all over the place this year!

Dan - Mom and dad were keeping an eye on him.

Jean - I think the same: Photos are over here: http://activerain.com/blogsview/1790762/building-sandcastles-at-the-30th-u-s-open-sandcastle-competition-in-imperial-beach-california

Kathy - That's fine, since I borrowed it from someone else here at ActiveRain. Share and share a like.

Tim - Most of the children were just playing in the sand. They had the children's competition the day before.

Chris Ann - Nor me. I'm not even much of a beach bum to begin with.

Carra - I think the biggest one was about six feet tall. It's pretty awesome what some of these folks can do with sand and water.

Tony and Darcy - Mom and dad were close by.

Jack - You mean you'd keep your monster dogs over your kids? LOL

Sharon - That would be my concern, too.
