Carl, that is a lot more listing in East Hampton than I was expecting, because a Realtor that I do business with over there was telling me that there wasn't much to pick from. So thanks for letting me know that.
I am also surprised that the listings in Portland are as few as that given the taxes there. I did a pre-qual for someone there that was selling their house and buying another and the taxes on their house, which sold for $360,000 was over $7,200.
