Michele, the Doctor Loan is a very good program, it is my understanding in the Northern Virginia area a Doctor can purchase a home up to the $800+ range with only a five percent down payment. The best news is they can avoid the PMI fee's! Now that is an incentive. Jason works with every buyer and will help find the best loan program for them.

Gita-I'm not sure how much a Doctor can borrow with the program in your area, however it is worth investigating and maybe even dropping off a flyer at the hospitals.

Sally and David- Most likely, especially  if the Realtor they choose to help them, understands a doctors time constraints and pressures.Thinking outside the box a bit. Chances are the Realtor, Loan Officer and Title Company would have to bring the closing to the Doctor since their schedules can be really tight! Imainge the message going over the PA system. Dr _________, you are wanted in the cafeteria stat for closing!
