 HAFA Short Sales forbid deficiency judgments.  The lenders must release the Seller from his obligation and close of escrow.  No notes no payment plans No fear of your debt being sold to a debt collector.

 HAFA Short Sales Lenders must release borrowers from the obligation to repay the difference between the sales price and the loan amount.  No deficiency judgments are allowed for a first or second loan.

 HAFA Short Sales will give up to $3000 to the seller for relocation assistance.
