Crime Reports is an official crime and sex offender data website. Not all cities are currently using it, however if your city is, you have all the information from your local police department so you can get the most accurate, official information available.
Track crime in your neighborhood with CrimeReports. It is very user friendly you can sort crime by type, date, or distance from a specified location. Crime types, areas, sex offenders, you can receive email alerts, print view with marker on map.
As a realtor you can extend your understanding of local crime with the analytice view, with printable, interactive charts and graphs.
So why not get started and see if your city is using Crime Reports. It just so happens my city is NOT on the list but I checked my relatives in Jackson, TN and viewed the program, it is Great!
