That's a little far for me to drive but it sounds like so much fun I may have to make a road trip!
I'm not sure a belly-dancing festival would be in my best interests. LOL

I have never heard of a bellydance festival. Sounds very fun and different. You are right that the relief from the heat sounds good too.
